Pink Lemonade Cocktail
Nothing quenches your thirst like a glass of cold, tangy lemonade. With a splash of vodka and some light beer, this pink drink is strictly for the grown-ups.

4 batches and it was all gone...be careful, it can pack a punch without you even knowing it.
Made a double batch of this last night for my cocktail party, and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved it. Guests asked what was in it, and they were all surprised that beer, pink lemonade and vodka could taste so good together, as was I! They watched me pour pink lemonade into a pitcher, then beer. Their eyes got big, like I was crazy. One said, "You can't mix beer and vodka!" Lol. The cocktail went fast, as guest came back for fourths and fifths! This will be a regular at my parties now! Deliciously sweet and beautifully pink! Garnished with a raspberry and slice of lemon and lime.
We used to make this in college, but we called it "Blackout Bucket". I was looking up summer drink recipes for a party I am throwing on Saturday and came across this familiar gem. We would always use a 24 pack of light beer, a handle of vodka and the whole container of pink lemonade mix in a styrofoam cooler. When I make it on Saturday, I'm going to be a little more sophisticated and add cranberries like you do!!
OMG, I can't believe it, this drink actually tastes good! I had SERIOUS doubts about the beer.....and I'm a beer drinker! I was so hesitant, I just poured the first beer in very slowly thinking I was going to ruin the drink. I tasted it and surprise.....delicious. In went the other bottles. Serving this to the girls tonight and can't wait to debut "my" special cocktail.
This was delicious and refreshing. Thought it would be too syrupy w/ straight concentrate, but it was perfect and easy. Recommend serving immediately; make more batches as needed.
I've made this for a couple different occassions (football parties, ladies night, etc.) and it's a crowd pleaser with everyone. I always get asked for the recipe and no one can believe the combination is beer and vodka! So tasty, the only problem is moderation.
This is a great recipe. It is easy to make, and isn't too sweet. My friends that don't care for beer loved this recipe. This is a must for parties.
I have made this recipe over and over and it's a hit every time - especially at our annual July 4th barbeque. I love that it is SO easy!
